Dr. Gloria Grace

Dr. Grace received her Ph.D. in 1990 from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, specializing in the area of clinical neuropsychology. She completed her internship in clinical neuropsychology at the Toronto General Hospital. She has worked in London, Ontario ever since both as a hospital psychologist and in private practice.

She has been employed at London Health Sciences Centre in London, Ontario, Canada since 1990, and she has worked as a scientist-practitioner, involved in clinical work, training, and research. Dr. Grace holds academic appointments, as Adjunct Clinical Professor, in the Department of Clinical Neurological Sciences and the Department of Psychology at Western University.
Dr. Grace has also provided neuropsychological assessment and consultation through her private practice since 1993. She has extensive experience providing neuropsychological assessment in regard to a wide variety of neurological conditions and disorders in adults with a particular expertise in the assessment of traumatic brain injury. She sees adolescents (age 17 and older) as well as adults of all ages.

 


Dr. Michael Harnadek

Dr. Harnadek received his Ph.D. in 1993 from the University of Windsor, Ontario in the area of Clinical Neuropsychology. He has been a staff neuropsychologist with the London Health Sciences Centre since 1993. Dr. Harnadek holds academic appointments, as Adjunct Clinical Professor, in the Department of Clinical Neurological Sciences and the Department of Psychology at Western University.

Dr. Harnadek has extensive experience in the areas of concussion and concussion education.  Through his hospital practice, Dr. Harnadek has provided neuropsychological assessment and clinical educational services for patients following concussion.  He has participated in the formation of the WSIB Program of Care for Mild Traumatic Brain Injury.  Dr. Harnadek currently serves as a Member of the Ontario Health Quality, Concussion Quality Standard Advisory Committee.  He has provided neuropsychological assessment and consultation through his private practice for the past 26 years.


Dr. Ashley Miles

Dr. Ashley Miles is a qualified clinical psychologist, with a practice in adult neuropsychology. She received both her M.A. (2008) and Ph.D. (2013) through the Clinical Psychology program at York University, Toronto Ontario, with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Neuroscience (2013). She is licensed to practice by the College of Psychologists of Ontario.  She currently holds a position in the Department of Clinical Neurological Sciences at London Health Sciences Centre – University Hospital, where she also completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology.

Dr. Miles completed her pre-doctoral residency in the Neuropsychology Track at the London Clinical Psychology Residency Consortium, with intensive training in the Acquired Brain Injury and Specialized Geriatric Services at St. Joseph’s Healthcare London – Parkwood Hospital, and the Epilepsy and Neurology/Neurosurgery Programmes at London Health Sciences Centre – University Hospital. Other formal clinical training in neuropsychology has involved training in the Neuro Rehab and Spinal Cord Rehabilitation Programmes at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and the Clinical Neuropsychology Service at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. She has experience with a variety of neurological and psychiatric conditions with adult and geriatric populations.
